The US Weight Umbrella Base is crafted with a U.V. stabilized polymer that will not rust or dent and can withstand the elements in any weather climate. The base accommodates 1a and 1.75a poles and should be used with a patio table. This base can either be prefilled with 50 pounds of a solid concrete core or empty and ready to be filled with sand or gravel. When filled with sand or gravel the umbrella base weighs approximately 35-40 pounds. Do not fill with water. The umbrella base can easily be transported or relocated using the EZ Grip handle. Hey, y'all. Happy Heat Days from NC. 
This is a great little base. I had a metal one by our pool that I would stub my toe on all the time. This one is plastic and the sand inside makes it stay put. 
Word of advice... pick where you want it first, then fill it. (I decided to move it, and it gets heavy. Good price and good quality.

I was in need of a patio umbrella stand for my new furniture and this model was recommended to me.
I ordered it and it came within a couple of days. It works perfectly and coordinates with my furniture. I'm very pleased with the ease of use.

Made in the USA. Thick plastic. Easy to fill with water or plays and for stability. I Used some pvc pipes That fit snuggly over my umbrella poles to additionally support and stabilize my Patio umbrellas.  It says to use with a table due to its lack of vertical support. My pvc solution remedies this and looks good. Just drill a hole in the pvc for the screw in the base to tightly screw into the umbrella pole.

Great and inexpensive.  Easily filled and stable.

I like being able to add weight to the base. It helps to keep my umbrella stable during rain storms if my 9' umbrella happens to be open.

I thought the ad said I was getting a 25 pound bronze umbrella stand--just what we need for our large, double umbrella. What arrived was 2.5 ounces of plastic stand with no instructions. Checking the ad, there is an option for a concrete stand for $10 more (I would have paid it). My husband will buy a bag of sand next time he goes to the DIY place and it will work fine. It's just not what I was expecting.

I liked the speed of delivery and the look. It is however, NOT 50 pounds until you fill it, this should be made clear.

doesn't match description. This base is not 50 lbs and  Materials are not
Bronze, Concrete.  It is just empty  brown color plastic shell ( not a bronze finished). If the seller had stated description correctly and honestly it wouldn't be a problem.  Our time is wasted

Misleading

Had to return to the store.  Didn't fit underneath the table I already had.  Too much work to fill it with sand or stone.  Purchased a different one at Ollie's to fit my table.

Not satisfied.
