The stones heat up fast providing warmth to area. It has a timer with auto shut off.    It wraps up and fits in a small carry bag (approx 5 x 6) allowing me to take it anywhere.

It's small but very powerful and relieves sore muscles in the neck and especially the shoulders. You can set the temp and how long you want it to stay on for then it will automatically turn off. So relaxing!

Love it

I like using the UTK Jade infrared heating wrap to help lessen the muscle pain I have in my neck and shoulders. 
It has a one hour shut off, which is good for me because I often fall asleep with it on because of how comforting it is. The jade stones heat up quite hot and they feel good on my muscles. 
This is a durable, high quality heat wrap. It has lasted a year of continuous use and I have had not any problems. My only complaint is that it is uncomfortable to use. It doesn't fit around the neck well. 
However, I use it any way because of how it helps with my muscle pain.

I like the small compact size, the soft neoprene wrap, and convenient carrying case. The jade stones are soothing and perfectly distribute the heat. Adjusting the timers and changing heat levels is super easy.

First off, the velcro did not stick very well. I started it out in the lowest setting and barely felt warm. I did finally put it on highest setting and it did feel warm enough. It helped just slightly. I like that it has an auto shut off.
