Wow, really good.  I usually hate, hate gluten-free bread. But this bread I kept frozen, then popped into toster.  ohh too good.

I do not eat gluten free as a fad choice. I am gluten intolerant and must eat gluten free. I have tried several brands of GF bread and this is one of the best brands. I was thrilled last week when I saw gluten free bread in the freezer section of our Walmart. I was totally dismayed when went to purchase more GF bread today and I could only find bagels and English muffins. I was totally dismayed when I was told that Walmart is thinking of getting rid of all of its gluten free products. This would be a total disservice to your customers, especially since you are the only place in town where we can purchase a good variety of GF products. Please do not get rid of your GF products and please get more of the GF bread in.

One of the best GF bread brands

I bought this bread as my child has allergy to wheat, dairy and soy. The bag no longer says soy free however it also does not list soy as an ingredient. Has the recipe changed and now contains hidden soy? What is the reason for the removal of the “soy free” label?

Looks like the new main ingredient is pea starch which has a lot of fructan. Just noticed the change and it is likely making me sick too. Not their fault since it's still gluten free but I'm sensitive to high FODMAPs so the old potato starch recipe was ideal. Sucks to have to switch

I have 3 Celiacs in my home who depend on having good GF and “standard bread size” bread for sandwiches.  We were thrilled several years ago when you finally made something larger than the “cracker size” 12 oz loaf. It's very disappointing to find only the new 18 oz loaf and still at the price of the former 24 oz. Please bring back the 24 oz!!!!!!

this is less than a half a loaf of bread. the pieces are tiny and not one part of it is delicious  this stuff is nasty as it gets and way more expensive then any other bread sad  have to be gluten free  person

The pictures are so beautiful…. But… the minute the mayo goes on the bread it begins to beak down into wet crumbs.  In your hands will be tomatoes, meat, lettuce surrounded by a white soggy mess.

Does not even make good toast.  There is just no flavor, awful texture.

I'd been curious to try Udi's white bread as their whole grain and omega flax breads are one of very few gluten free brands I can rely on to taste good, even if they do fall apart somewhat easily.
This one was a huge disappointment. I now have a loaf of it that I'm not sure what do with. I hate wasting food but this one puts me to mind of styrofoam.
I'll be sticking with the whole grain and omega flax and pray they don't change that recipe.
