I don't know what a lot of these comments they talking about, but my product came in perfectly fine all the hoes in line and it took me six hours to do by myself which I split within two days. It's nice and sturdy and I gave you hook to hook it down to the ground.

Awesome

walmart.com

Took 3 men to put together about 5-6 hours total mainly to make sure they were using the right pieces the right way if they had better tools probably would've been faster I took a risk with some bad reviews but everything went great my 5 year old son loves it just needs some time and patience.

We love this set perfect for our small backyard

Perfect for little kids! Great value for price paid. Sturdy once it's all assembled and looks very nice. Directions were easy to follow with lots of pictures, everything broke out into small assembly sections, and lots of spare parts. Recommend having a powered drill to assemble, otherwise you're gonna spend a lot of time putting in screws by hand. Took 3.5 hours to put together.

Great value!

Nice for the price point. Fairly easy to assemble. Instructions ok but some clarification could be a little better on a couple of things. Main negative point for me was the hardware strips fairly easily so you need to be careful and not over tighten otherwise screw heads will strip out. Otherwise happy with the swing set. Grandson seems happy while playing on it.

Nice for price.

I bought this for my two year old grandson. His parents put it together within 90 minutes. It is in the sun and used quite a bit. Even after three months, it still looks brand new. Everything has stayed sturdy.
And functionable!!!
My grandson loves the circle swing!!! He also loves climbing the ladder up into that little house part before he goes down the slide!!! I highly recommend this swing set

Bought for our granddaughters for our granddaughter‘s first swingset and they love it. What kind of hard to assemble by ourselves but we got it done. Great product for the price!

You get what you pay for. Set is okay for Toddler/preschool, not for older kids. Also, the supplied hardware is cheap, lousy. Screw heads a d shafts are cheap and soft, cannot handle any tool other than cheap wrenches provided. I ended up replacing many with sturdier fasteners, bolts, nuts. I also added my own screws and hardware to solidify it. Not worth more than a season or two of use

I was very excited to purchase this slide for my son's birthday and specifically chose this option because it included free installation for our swing set. The slide itself arrived, but the installation experience has been extremely disappointing.

I purchased it a week before my son's birthday on May 18, and after receiving the product, I never heard from the installation team. I had to reach out myself and was repeatedly told they were busy and would coordinate with me soon.

It is now the end of May, and I still do not have an installation date. The swing set parts have been sitting unused in my garage for weeks, and my son has been unable to enjoy his birthday gift.

I understand that delays happen, but the lack of communication and inability to provide a timeline have been frustrating. Installation was a major factor in my decision to purchase this product, and had I known it would take this long, I would have considered other options.

The product may be great, but the service attached to it has left me very disappointed.

disappointed

This is not a very good swing set for the price. It is difficult to put together, some of the pieces are split and damaged. When we tried to bend the fiberglass to fit into the braces, it actually popped one completely loose. We will have to get larger screws to put it back together so it MIGHT hold. We will probably have to reinforce them some way. We are very disappointed with it. And we haven't even completed assembly yet. It's a mess.

I bought this for my 6 year old granddaughter. Thank goodness I don't leave her unattended on the swingset. In less than 2 months the entire set started swaying when she would swing. My husband went to check bolts thinking they must have loosened, even though we had a pro builder assemble it. To our horror we found that the wood was cracking badly everywhere leaving it completely unusable. This is not at all safe for children!
