Took 3 men to put together about 5-6 hours total mainly to make sure they were using the right pieces the right way if they had better tools probably would've been faster I took a risk with some bad reviews but everything went great my 5 year old son loves it just needs some time and patience.

Perfect for little kids! Great value for price paid. Sturdy once it's all assembled and looks very nice. Directions were easy to follow with lots of pictures, everything broke out into small assembly sections, and lots of spare parts. Recommend having a powered drill to assemble, otherwise you're gonna spend a lot of time putting in screws by hand. Took 3.5 hours to put together.

Great value!

Very big pain to put together it took 2 days but we was also trying to get it together befor a storm came and did not have the right tools we put it together by hand so make sure you have a power drill for sure for this plays it is good quality a lot smaller then what I thought but it’s 
Good for a toddler and good for now my son loves it so that’s all that matters to me would not recommend if you want something bigger bc this is small

Play set

Nice for the price point. Fairly easy to assemble. Instructions ok but some clarification could be a little better on a couple of things. Main negative point for me was the hardware strips fairly easily so you need to be careful and not over tighten otherwise screw heads will strip out. Otherwise happy with the swing set. Grandson seems happy while playing on it.

Nice for price.

Took four hours with reading all directions and went together perfectly. It's sturdy. It's just the right size for a toddler through young grade school mom three month old and three-year-old was able to sit in the round swing and swing together with no issues couldn't be happier.

Very happy with purchase

I was very excited to purchase this slide for my son's birthday and specifically chose this option because it included free installation for our swing set. The slide itself arrived, but the installation experience has been extremely disappointing.

I purchased it a week before my son's birthday on May 18, and after receiving the product, I never heard from the installation team. I had to reach out myself and was repeatedly told they were busy and would coordinate with me soon.

It is now the end of May, and I still do not have an installation date. The swing set parts have been sitting unused in my garage for weeks, and my son has been unable to enjoy his birthday gift.

I understand that delays happen, but the lack of communication and inability to provide a timeline have been frustrating. Installation was a major factor in my decision to purchase this product, and had I known it would take this long, I would have considered other options.

The product may be great, but the service attached to it has left me very disappointed.

This swing set is definitely cheap and is already peeling, but I think it's perfect for the season we are in!!! My 22 month old, 2 year old , and 3 year old love it!!! It's simple and not the best quality or have as many gadgets. But for the price it's great!

We have just started to put this together. Boards are warp some are cracked. The holes don’t line up. The instructions are not clear. It’s for my 2 year old grandson for Easter. I would not recommend this for any child that has any size to them, I’m afraid the wood would break. We are going to have to drill some new holes. So far it’s been a nightmare and I have put together so many things before this.

It looks very nice when put together. Very cheaply made one board has already fallen off at the top which we have had to replace so my three year-old don’t fall out. The board that holds the canopy has also broke. We have had it put up about a month and the top layer of wood is pulling off. Definitely do not recommend.

Pieces were missing had to go to Home Depot twice to get the screws missing and the saucer swing had an induction of the screw that was suppose to gag it. We are unable to use it at this point. Emailed the company and waiting for a response. Super frustrating when you purchase something hoping you can put together for your child to play with just to be disappointed.
