I just assembled it a few minutes ago and already got to hang on it in EVERY grip way and I feel like I just had an expensive session at a chiropractor's office. My hands are red and on fire, my neck is thanking me, my back feels new. This is a very sturdy device. I'm hoping to do pull-ups some day but what I needed was HANGING in many grip way, and my expectations have been exceeded!

The gym system is very sturdy and has soft grips so you will not get blisters.  You can work out with this in many different ways to exercise your muscles. Makes exercising at home easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sturdy piece of gym equipment. Assembly was a tiny bit awkward, but ok. My main complaints are that after just a few months of use, the padding is already shifting, and it's difficult to move back into place. The padding itself is comfortable and does appear to be fairly durable. 

I wish the pressure points were padded to avoid damage to my doorway trim. If your trim is beveled (like mine) instead of flat, I recommend adding padding to the device or doorway to avoid damage.
