Rods have a solid build with a nice finish.

Has a contemporary design with clean lines.

Straightforward installation process with minimal hassle.

Screw placement is challenging due to limited tool clearance.

great value for the price. it was simple to install and the two rods easily accommodate sheer/semi-sheer curtains and heavier black out curtains. Note that only one set of curtains can have grommets. We didn't know this beforehand and the solution was to turn the sheers upside down. Might trim the grommets off the hem--artistic!

Modern , minimal design.  Happy with all my rods from Umbra. Love the small finial doesn't mark up ceiling since mine are installed right below ceiling height.

Beautiful, minimal design

Cappa rods are my absolute favourite. The strong sturdy rods are great and the super chill plain finials are what makes me keep buying them. I do however wish that with such a large and thick rod, better anchors would be supplied because both brackets on either end were pulling out of the wall. If you're not screwing into studs, I suggest you pick up some better quality anchors.

I bough these rods for all my house. This is a great product for an amazing price.

Great Product!

These rods are a subtle gold tone and blend with my living room perfectly. Easy to install!

Simply beautiful

Pros: The rod itself is of good quality, easy to install, and meets the length requirement for my window. 

Cons: Only comes with three brackets which means the extendable parts of the rod are not properly supported and the rod is constantly falling down when drawing the curtains. Also, the wall anchors that come with it aren't the greatest in quality.

Review: Cappa Double Curtain Rod (Black)

Beautiful product, but unusable if you have to mount it too close to a ceiling or under a window frame with a lip. The bracket slides onto another piece which disguises the screws. Needs to be used on a flat wall at least 4” below ceiling.

Mounting

The item itself is pretty good, however the order process was atrocious. We ordered this late April, and received our order ~2 weeks later however it was missing an entire item (1 of 2 items). Upon reaching out to Umbra, they said they would send a replacement. I asked for this to be shipped express, which it was not, and didn't arrive until 2 weeks later again, and was slightly cosmetically damaged upon arrival. By that point I did not even want to reach out again. 
The item itself is functional and looks good.

Great item, poor service

I purchased the single rod and it is works great; however I needed the double rod for my living room and it was up for maybe a week and eventually broke through my drywall. The anchors they provide are garbage. Once the screw gets to a certain point it just keeps turning and doesn't grab. Also, the double rod has u-shaped holders whereas the single has closed oh shaped wall hangers. If I hadn't thrown the packaging out I'd return the 2 that I purchased. I'll have to buy stronger anchors, I suppose. Just a hassle.
