So I LOVE the way these curtain rods look (ordered multiple, both double and single rod). The only reason I’m giving a 3 / 5 stars is because 2 of the pieces arrived damaged.

Great look but please better packaging???

Received the poles a bit scratched (this should have been my first clue). Installed 2 of them today, and didn't realised how easily they scratch. The screws on the bracket scratch the rod like crazy, even if they slightly protrude. Be extremely careful and remove the screws completely when installing (they don't tell you to do this in the insructions). Hopefully the curtain rings don't scratch the rods too much. They look nice but very disappointed with the quality

Disappointing

The esthetics are pleasant as can be expected from the images. The brackets bend and pull from the wall. Since the product is without load specification, one cannot determine if a given setup will be successful.

Objectively Weak Brackets

Expensive piece of rubbish that continually falls down ripping off parts of my wall. I have never been happy with an umbra product, and add this to the list. The rod was scratched trying to install it, and when I finally did get it installed on the wall, the awful quality of anchors that they provide couldn't withstand the completely normal curtain weight and ripped off my wall. 

I was unhappy with this product even before it kept falling off my wall which required my repair. By the way. They sell it in a long length, but for the rod to be long you have to extend it, and the ends of the curtains continually get caught on these jagged ends. Awful product, and awfully expensive.
