Using this soap dispenser for the last few weeks with no problems, functions as advertised so 5 stars. I favour it's ability to adjust how much soap is dispensed. Though I wish it could be designed to use less number of batteries. I hope this product is durable and can get at least a few years or more uses out of it. That would solidify my trust in Umbra's product reliability.

I really like this soap dispenser - very cute design and reasonably priced. It doesn't take up a lot of space on the counter and really helps with liquid soap "portion control" which I think will save money over time.

Form meets Function

I love the clean look of this soap dispenser which will be used in my new kitchen.  Love the Umbra soap dispensers.  This is the fifth in my house.  I have them in all my bathrooms and now one for my kitchen.  The dispensers always get comments from my visitors.

This little guy is adorable

This soap dispenser in black and white is a replacement for the same one in black and silver which is loved and successfully used for many years. Very cute and working very well. I was searching for the new one for almost 2 years. Finally I found it. Very happy.

The best and cute soap dispenser.

This is an excellent dispenser.  We are using it for sanitizer and it is working perfectly.  Eventually it will be in our entryway. Very sleek. We love it

Love the Emperor dispenser

I love the sleek design of this TOUCHLESS automatic soap dispenser!  I also love that it can be used with hand sanitizer.  The best part is, you don't have to buy a specific soap to use in it, any non-foaming and non-granular soap will do.  Well done Umbra!

Germaphobe Heaven!

I loved the Otto soap dispenser so much that when I saw the new emperor model I knew I had to get it!   A surprising amount of soap fits into the reservoir & I like that there are two soap settings that you can choose from on the back.  The clear soap line indicates how much soap you have so there's no guessing when it needs to be replenished.  Everyone in my house loves and I love that it makes hand washing fun and easy!  Thank you umbra for another amazing product!!

My second automatic soap dispenser

I purchased two and one doesnt work properly, changed batteries couple times, run hot water as advised by customer service, still not working.

Great design not so great function

In terms of functional/technical design, I prefer the style of simplehuman auto soap dispenser where you press the + or - button to increase or decrease the amount of soap that comes out. The Emperor relies on the number of lights in determining the amount of soap; that is tricky and confusing and at times does not work. That of simplehuman is really simpler and intuitive.
