10 out of 10 recommend especially if you are on GLP1 medication. I don't like the taste of it only because I've never liked the taste of any of these teas that help you go to the bathroom. I put a cup of water in the microwave for 2 1/2 minutes in immediately drop the teabag in and let it steep for around two hours. I do this at bedtime and when I wake up in the morning, I am ready to go to the bathroom and I go a few good times, it's nothing that will keep you going all day. If you work a highly recommend doing this on a Friday night and Saturday night. If you are looking for something to help cleanse your system, you cannot go wrong with this brand. I have tried many and I mean, many brands and this is the best one. The price point makes it even better, very affordable. If you drink it consistently for several days, it will definitely make your tummy go down and you will drop a few pounds in my opinion.

I've been using Uncle Lee's Tea Dieters' Drink, and it definitely does the job! If you take it at night, you'll notice the effects by the next morning — it really helps flush out your whole system. I find it works best when taken consistently, and it's a simple way to feel lighter and refreshed. The tea itself has a mild taste, and the packaging makes it easy to take on the go if needed. Just a heads-up: it's strong, so make sure you stay close to a restroom, especially when starting out. Overall, very effective if you're looking for a natural cleanse!

Definitely does the job!

Good tea! Gives a feeling of fullness and also sends you to restroom 8 hours later! First tea that contains senna that causes no cramps! I take it with psyllium husk one tea bag a day! It definitely keeps you slim! Eating lots of fruits and veggies daily too and taking the tea has helped me shed weight. I also workout daily with weights but this tea helps!

Good slim tea

I like this tea as an evening drink right before bed. By morning I feel the urge to go and it completely empties my stomach of any build up and I immediately feel lighter. I practice intermittent fasting and count calories so along with this its definitely helping my weight loss journey.  Yes you do cramp but its tolerable. Best way to brew for the most beneficial is stove top or tea bag already in cup w water in the microwave.

Go Green...

I love this dieters green tea it helps with constipation. I use the packets one a day in my coffee cup, it tastes great.

This tastes like what I call regular tea.
I haven't seen any weight loss without dieting as the package indicates.
HOWEVER, I have spent a lot of time on the porcelain throne. My mail is arriving on express delivery. Deuces are wild. Montezuma is exacting revenge. 
I believe that I need to drink a cup maybe every three days rather than daily.

Tastes like regular tea

Just be aware that they send you ONLY one of the Panda's tea and the entire box is Cali girl's tea .. I don't think it's very potent, but maybe this works better for you.

Not the same item

I have purchased this tea before and every bag so far has a leak in it. The tea leaves are coming out of the bag
