We asked, what garment would we make to help women that suffer from vulvar varicosities, whether during pregnancy or not, that suffer from prolapses, and that would help those that have hernias or may get them? We looked around and found a lot of contraptions that were made of elastics wrapped around and around and we said no that’s not it!. We need a garment that is just that, a garment, a regular underwear, a brief, a panty that may be worn everyday just the same way women wear their regular underwear already. So we went to work and created it.
The Underworks Vulvar Varicosity Support Brief is made to be highly effective in alleviating pain and reducing symptoms associated with vaginal swelling. Also known as vulvar varicosities, these are varicose veins at the outer surface of the female genitalia (vulva). They occur most often during pregnancy. As a result, blood pools in the veins of your lower extremities as well as your vulvar region causing vulvar varicosities or Lymphedema.
This brief has two overlapping bands built into the it that run through the pubic area providing compression and relief from vulvar swelling and overlap exactly where a floor of support for the pelvic area is created at the bottom. This helps in relieving prolapse such as Cystocele, Rectocele, and Uterine prolapse. The garment is secured at the waist with a drawstring waistband thereby allowing for a lot of flexibility in locating the garment and tightness desired.

I am dealing with advanced uterine prolapse, but I need to delay surgery for now.  I ordered a pair of these to try to see if they would make me any more comfortable in the meantime while not showing under my clothes.   After wearing that pair for a few hours, I ordered a few more pairs.  Though it took me a couple of days to adjust to them completely, from the moment I put on the first pair, I could tell that the support provided would make a huge difference for me.  I have now been wearing them for about two weeks, and I remain delighted with them.  I am also pleased that they would only show under tight clothing. 

As other reviewers have mentioned, I wear a pair of regular panties under these so that I can wear these more than once between washes.  Since the weight is more similar to the old panty girdles from years ago than to actual panties, this feels more natural to me anyway.

I was dubious, but desperate for relief from multi-organ prolapse that was beginning to make standing and walking extremely uncomfortable.  My gyn ordered some help but it has still not arrived.  OTC internal products were scarce.  This undergarment (I wear it over underpants) has been such a relief.  I recommend it highly as internal devices have a limited wear time and these will be great the rest of the time.  They are comfortable and I can go shopping all day if I want.

RELIEF AT LAST!

These help so much when u have a prolapsed  bladder.  But don't buy them too big or they don't work as well. The waist on the panty has a draw string.

This item is absolutely a deal breaker.   Comfortable and do the job for a 1 to stage 2  bladder prolapse.  I have a size small and it is a perfect snug fit, and very comfortable.   Game changer for me.

Underworks  Support

I have tried other pelvic support braces and these are the best so far. Measure to get the size right and I wear my regular undies as well to get an extra day before washing. Now have the freedom to do some of the activities that I had stopped, I even get on the treadmill again but for a shorter run.

The price is worth it.

These are the real deal. They take a little getting used to, at first, but your patience will be rewarded. Order your correct size as per their sizing charts. I wear the heaviest/thickest sanitary pad i can find, for added compression - which is what you want when dealing with vulvar varicosities. Blessings to you.

Fits and works well

True to size. Don't buy a size smaller, so as not to squeeze your stomach. This is for tall people; the waist is high. I'm not tall, 164 cm.

Its needs longer leg openings.  I wear it to walk or do work around the house.  It doesnt have as much pressure as I would like.

Just  OK

The draw string isn't for the middle to tighten lift between the legs, it's draw string like sweats just … U don't tighten around  waist u wear loose garments so no pressure in abdomen. Soooo It came across as it was suppose to Draw string and Again lifts between legs not waist. Makes no since. It's like not shorts with a draw string. Which helped me in no way..  Sending back
