We ordered this as a Christmas gift on amazon. Since we are prime members we figured 2 weeks before was plenty of time.  3 days before Christmas I called amazon to find out why it hadn't shipped yet.  They told me there was no way that I would have it in time.  I cancelled the order, found it at Walmart and had it in 2 days for the same price.  Totally saved me on this gift!

Easy to program and great reception. Lots of features for the price. Just keep in mind, analog only, not a trunk tracker. FM, weather & alarm a nice plus. Arrived @ local WM 4 days after ordering on-line. Great service.

Nice product....

Basically plug and play. Add your own channels as needed. Reception is fantastic. I Live in the New York Finger Lakes area and pick up Buffalo, NY very good

im sure this is a great scanner for those who understand how it works.I had a scanner,years ago, and it was a no brainer, just turn it on , and scan.This is far more advanced, and i could not figure it out, even with the instrustions!

did'nt know how to use

It scans, and then the squelch squeals I have to turn it off. I've paid $15.00 to have it looked at, it was fine for a while, no longer. I would like a refund.

Does not work cannot get it to pick up very little

selling out of date for now technology  without letting you know up ftont of what is really needed.
great if you want to watch a clock,or listen to some lousy sounding fm, or listen to repeater weather.
