very cheap, smaller than I thought.  Like all cheap plastic scissors, if you try and cut quickly, the handles bend, the blades spread apart and nothing happens.  Can be used, if you just cut little bits at a time, very carefully.  Pretty much worthless, made in china usual chrap

Do not buy this item!  The blades are so cheap, they don't line up properly or close.  Really bad metal use!  What a waste of money!
