Dear perspective customer, relative to the pandemic, this company had a hard time with shipping pick ups. It made for a longer than usual wait.
I spoke with two different reps, who were forthcoming about the shortfall and ensured me that Rugs was doing their very best.
My rugs did arrive, and this was one. This rug, once unpackaged and laid out, was worth the wait. It feels great underfoot and instantly brightened up my room. This one also has the added advantage to me of some sound dampening in a room I needed to audibly dull.
The second rug arrived a day or two later.
I am not sure what happened, but I do have to say, this company went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer in spite of the wait. I received another two rugs, and I really actually needed them so this was a very unexpected development.
I plan to purchase more rugs from this company; if you have a wait, please bear with them. Their products are well represented on this site.

The perfect, true red!
This rug is soft and plush, and even though it shed  a bit during the first vacuum, it's now laid down perfectly and doesn't look thin or cheap.

I absolutely love my rug. I'm a very picky buyer and the quality is incredible for the price. It feels good to walk on it barefoot and it really compliments my apartment! One thing I will point out is the cherry red color is on the darker side and almost burgundy, but I still love it. I'll be buying another rug in the near future.
