This rug is very nice, the thickness is good because it's not too thin. The rug came rolled up which was good, yet the instructions say to unroll it the opposite way to avoid curling. This is no easy task if you have an apartment with furniture and the rug is bigger in size, mine is 6x9.  I had no other problems, and shipping was fast. The color is true to the photos. It was packaged very well in plastic. The price was on sale and great value!
