I just love my new rug!.  Every time i walk into the room I'm just thrilled I chose this rug. 
My only complaint is the way it came packaged.  it was folded in thirds...a 10' x 13' i felt should have been rolled.  The better pad is 3" wider than the rug.  Do I have to trim???
I can't get down on my knees, they are artificial.

The sent the wrong rug. When I called they immediately issued a return label and two days later the correct rug showed. That's good customer service
