We ordered this rug and it arrived in 7 days.  A huge rug delivered to our door.  The wrinkles came out on their own without any extra work.  The rug is thin but my wife got a liner/pad underneath and it is fine.  Could have spent more but why?  We are very happy.

Great value and great look!

Had this rug for over 2 years now and still love it.  My daughter's dog damaged it, so she bought me a new one that I will keep in the package until they move back out.  I have it under my dining room table with a pad on a wood floor.  It brightens up the room and it's thin so chairs move easily on it. It blends well with every color.

Great purchase

Absolutely love this rug! Looks beautiful in our living room and brings the room together. It laid flat when rolled out which I wasn't expecting. The price is great for such a nice rug while having tiny kids! It's also soft to touch and easy clean up. So happy with this purchase!

A MUST HAVE!!

I bought this about a month ago. My first impression is that it was soooo light. After vacuuming it darkens up. I steamed it to
Try to release some of the wrinkles and had it in my garage for about a week and it still hasn't fully relaxed. I Added two coats of Scotchgard and so far so good all in all I really enjoyed the rug and the size.

Love the design 9x12

The rug has been down in our dining room for almost a month. It is soft to bare feet and correct in size but it still has wrinkles and fold lines. We have followed the directions and ran sweeper several times and had folded it backwards on the fold lines. Will these ever straighten out?

Very pretty and true to computer photos but...

The quality of the rug was nice and it was very soft. However it looked practically white from some angles and had more of a modern look than I was going for, so I had to return it. Love that you can return these rugs!!

Pretty but not what I was going for

I bought a rug, and it won't flatten.  I followed all of the steps to install, but there are creases and wrinkles.  It looks terrible.  Why aren't these rugs stored as a roll, instead of folded??!!
