I bought this as sort of boundary from my tiny tiled foyer to my carpeted livingroom as I don't like shoes in the house but some people forget so it's like that last ditch effort. It's very soft and makes a great contrast to the large indoor/outdoor mat I use in my livingroom. The dark blue matches my peacock color scheme wonderfully.

I ordered 2 of the same rug. They were delivered on 2 different days--not a problem. The first one was fine-not great  but met my need. The second one-which should have been exactly the same-was thinner and not nearly as good as the first one delivered.  The weave is thinner and the bottom shows through unless brushed a certain way. Makes no sense since they should have been the same.!

Unfortunately this did not look like the picture online.  The color was fine, but the construction was quite poor.  There were far too few tufts per square inch.  You can look at the rug and see eight through ro the pattern of the canvas.  Because of this the long shag does not look nice.  If the shaft were shorter possibly the rug would look a little better. There is no way the rug can feel soft when there are not enough tufts in it. This was a very disappointing purchase that I will be returning.
