Color

Shag rug is nice. Soft fibers. However it is very thin and not cushioned. Definitely a poorly quality shag rug. I will have to buy an under pad to add comfort. If I had the choice to buy again I would not.

This rug is exactly what we were looking for.  We placed it on top of existing carpet so it being  on the thin side did not bother us.  Definitely vacuum once you get it in place and it poofs up just fine and looks great.   Ordered the 10x13 and it was perfect for our space.

Zermatt Shag Rug

I love the color of this rug.  I had to buy a rug pad for it though because it's kinda thin without it.  My family is truly enjoying laying astound on it..  Irs so much fun, it takes me back to my youth when shag carpets were in everyone's houses.  I bought it in a mint green...it just makes me happy!!

I bought several sizes of this rug for my house.  The 10X13 is perfect for my living room.  I put over carpet so did not need a pad.  It is the color it shows on the website. They are a little thinner than i would have liked but are fine.  They look great after you vacuum them.

It's a bit on the thin side, but for the price, it's about perfect. The color was slightly off from the pic - a little more toward the blue than the yellow end of the green spectrum  - but acceptable nonetheless.

This rug is very soft, and the creases from shipping disappeared quickly. The color was even better than I expected.

Excellent shag rug!

I got this rug on sale 50% off, and for that price it was worth it. 

After backfolding (let sit for an hour or two) and vaccuuming it's much flatter and fluffier. This isn't a soft rug to walk on, you'd need a good carpet mat for that. The shag itself is soft, but like other posters it is somewhat sparse if the fibers are bent and you can see the backing through. 

Also, beware the strong chemical smell when you first open it. We are going to try hanging it over a fence to air it out.

Bought 10x13 and actual measurement is 10x12'9".
