I was nervous ordering after reading some of the reviews but the rug is very nice especially for the size of the rug I purchased 9x12 it looks very nice in my room very pleased️! I got the gray rug looks great looks just like the picture

I purchased this rug about a month ago.  I talked to customer service to ask what color is peppercorn, and was told it's dark gray.  I thought it perfect to go with the 5x8 Charleston rug I'd previously purchased.   This rug is thin as expected from other reviews, but  although it does appear gray in photos, it's dark blue in reality.  However, I think it looks great with my Charleston rug.

Reasonably priced and looks good.

The rug is bigger than I expected and it is soft... it had a smell but it wore off after a week or so. I would definitely get more rugs from here.

This rig was an economical way to warm up our tv area. Great color too.

Warms up our living room

Rug is a little more low grade material than I thought it would be. Recommend using a carpet pad underneath as it is very thin and bunches up very easily when walking on it. Size was bigger than their measurement says, the rug doesn't actually fit the space I needed it for, I had to roll up about an 2 inches of it against one wall and I was very clear on my measurements before ordering. The color is very nice and does look good in my daughters bedroom. I'm not unhappy with my purchase and we are making it work as my daughter loves it.

Carpet okay

The rug was not in its original package, it was folded and the shag was mashed as well as creases  were deeply defined. I had to vacuum repeatedly to bring life to the shag. It had been stuffed in a bag that was too small and both ends were opened, tied, and partially taped.
I think the rug was a decent price for the quality. 
The problem was Walmart should never ship packages in such makeshift ways. I really don't think the manufacturer would approve, the rug was also probably a return. 
I explained to my client who decided to keep because of a limited budget. The size was perfect and I hope when I return to his home some of the creases will be not so noticeable or gone.  Also, a pool table will be placed on it which will eliminate the center crease.
Every design I execute is a reflection of me therefore I cannot endorse any negativity.
