I ordered two of the 10' runner rugs for my hallways. It took more than a week to get these rugs to lay flat, and in fact, they are still not totally flattened out, but they are much better than they were before. One end of one of the rugs was finished uneven, which is shown in one of the photos, but it wasn't bothersome enough to return. You will definitely need rug pads for the corners to hold the rug down. For these, I used three on each end and two at the 5' mark. And I had to keep heavy items on the corners for some time to make sure the edges stayed down and adhered. All in all, I'm happy with these rugs.

Although this rug is a medium to low pile, it's lovely.  We wanted a flat rug under our entry door in our mud room. It's Perfect! I really like working with Rugs.com! I think they have great rugs, and great service.
