I am happy with my purchase and the rug looks good.  I was surprised that the rug was delivered folded and hence my issue. My only complaint is that I cannot remove the folds that are in the rug.  I have steamed, damp sprayed, reverse rolled the rug and the folds are less but still there.

Nice Quality Rug

Bought this to go under my casual dining room. So far, it's holding up well to traffic.

Great rug for the price

Pretty color. Rich color. Thinner than I expected. Definitely needs a pad and after being down a week is not flat yet

The rug is as depicted on the photo, both the color and quality; therefore happy with the rug.

The positives - the color of the rug matched what was shown online, the chemical smell disappated within minutes, and it's not super shiny as some cheaper rugs tend to be. 

And for those reasons, I'd judge the rig to be adequate.  However, there are some cons.  First, it's sent folded rather than rolled and the creases have yet to resolve despite steaming.   Secondly, it's thin - a thick pad will be necessary for any degree of comfort of you spend any time sitting on the floor. 

So, it'll work and it's as advertised.

It'll work...

I ordered 2 of these rugs. The color is beautiful and the rug is good quality. The reason for my low rating is the shipping method. Both these rugs came folded together. Not rolled like all the other rugs I've purchased but folded 4 times. As you can image they don't flat at all and have creases all over.
