They shipped it out within hours. FedEx (according to the tracker) kept moving it back and forth from the facility to the truck for delivery...so not rugs.com fault. The rug was folded twice then rolled. It was a 9x12 so I understand folding once due to size but the 2nd time added unnecessary creases.  Laid it flat and so far everything is smoothing out. I give them five stars because the price, promptness of shipping and so far the quality of the rug. I told a friend about this site and she ordered 3 for her home.

We bought this rug for our bedroom. It is a nice thickness - not overly plush but not so thin that it feels low quality. It looked distressed on the website. It actually gets this look from being light gray against the darker gray areas. It has a small spot on the ivory edge that I couldn't clean off, but it was not bad enough to make me return it. It looks nice, and I would purchase again. It was definitely worth the price.
