I have a room which has a difficult color to match. The store In Charolette was available for me to check out my rug choice in person and the shipped rug came right to my door. (2days!) 

Unfortunately the color of my walls made me send my first choice back but the quality of the rug was phenomenal. The return was super easy as well and free. All I had to do was print off a return label and drop it off at fed ex. (The rug came folded so it fit in the car) 

It took 8 days to see the returned $ back on my cc but the website clearly states to allow up to 10 days. This is as easy as it gets for rug shopping and I will start here again when I need another rug. Thanks for a great experience.
