We have now ordered 4 rugs. The prices are great. Lightweight rugs, but good for entrances where low is a plus. Would be great with a thick rug protector for comfort in a living area

Okay, so getting a rug online is a shot in the dark. Look for reviews and you'll see some awful ones for this website, and some awesome ones for this website. I'm sure that neither the good nor the bad are making anything up, everyone just has different experiences.

Personally, I love my 4' x 6' gray Monte Carlo rug! It arrived super fast. I mean...super fast! When I unraveled it, it was just beautiful. Literally exactly what I was looking for. Read my lips, err, typed words...people say "exactly what I was looking for" all the time when they mean something was maybe 80-90% of what they wanted. This rug was 100% of what I wanted. The colors, the patterns, the price, even the thickness. Yes, I know that some people on here complain that their rug was "thin." Duh...you can see that in the pictures. And not everyone wants a shaggy rug from a hippy palace. I personally wanted a thin rug...to go under my desk, so that my office chair could roll easily onto and off of the rug. And it worked out perfect for that. There is no peeling or shedding on the bottom of it. There are no corners or edges sticking up. There is no stitching coming apart. It looks freaking remarkable. And let me tell ya, for something that was as cheap as like $50, I've gotten a ton of compliments on it. Sidenote...I'd never considered how nice it would be, while working from home, to kick off my shoes while sitting at the desks. Probably because I have hardwood floors, and who finds those comfortable under bare feet? Well this rug is soft enough, and smooth enough, that I find myself doing it all the time. My friends, it's a whole new ballgame when you discover the world of kicking off your shoes "at work!"

Exceptional quality

I got this for my new place and I love it. I got it for such a good price and it's actually really good quality. I never heard of this website so i took a chance and was not disappointed. Fast shipping and perfect size.

Great quality.

I purchased this rug a few weeks ago and have waited to see how it held up before writing this. Yes, it did have a bit of an odd smell and the creasing out of the bag was awful but within 24 hours there was no smell and it was a lot more flat. The rug is true to size, comfortable underfoot, and had been rather durable. I do think it's a little lighter in person but it goes with my decor perfectly.

Great rug for the price

Excellent value! This carpet rolled out nicely and the bumps went away after I bent each ripple in the opposite direction. The pattern is lovely and my Roomba can get off and on easily, even with a 1/4 inch rug pad. Not the softest underfoot, but still a nice carpet. The design is what I expected based on the website images.

I bought this for my daughter's dorm room.
She loves it! So far so good.  
Only 2 weeks old so I can't speak t durability but it was a great value for the size!

We are obsessed with our new rug. It's exactly as advertised, and it has a nice texture. Only missing the anti slip strip that comes with other rugs of the brand.

Awesome Rug!

Rug was cheap on sale and is sufficient for what I need. It definitely does not look or feel particularly high end. It arrived extremely kinked and wrinkled and despite following all the steps to fix this, two weeks later, it still is extremely wrinkled. Fingers crossed it gets better over time.

Not bad, but not great

It's mostly all white with random blotches of dark grayish black and it did that it's more on one corner than anywhere else. Not really a pattern. I've had it two weeks and it still has ripples and won't lay flat. Definitely not happy with it and I wouldn't recommend it.
