The rug was very soft and the color was nice, but it was a slate gray instead of dark gray in my opinion. It was a bluer color than I had hoped. It also was not squared up. Maybe that would've gotten better over time after being shipped, but it looked bad on my floor.

8x10 Dark Gray solid shag rug is not dark gray it's a medium gray. So don't order if you want dark gray.  Rugs.com should change this advertisement and quit wasting people's time and money.
