[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The assembly is not easy and would have been impossible with the tools provided with the packaging. Instructions say using other tools may void warranty. We were fortunate to have assembled many such pieces of furniture and chose to use our own tools because we like the chairs. It took two of us to handle the large pieces of wood but we successfully assembled the piece and now enjoy it tremendously on our deck, it was worth the work and feel it will last us the rest of our life .

It's a beautiful rocker. The problem is, it's not comfortable at all. The back has no contour and adding a pillow doesn't help much.\n
