Faux Fur

This is a sturdy, good quality chair. The seat and back are bigger than I thought they would be but the size is just right. The sherpa fabric is stylish and will fit perfectly in my daughters dorm. Only took a few min to put together and was not hard to do.  The only tool needed for assembly is an Allen wrench, which is included with the screws and washers provided with the chair!

Cutest chair ever!!

This chair was super easy to set up and it's actually a really great size. I use it for my at-home job and I never get any aches or pains in my back at ALL! The design is the cutest thing ever and it really is super fuzzy! All in all a great buy.

ADORABLE CHAIR.

This chair is very sturdy.  I like the fact that it has a metal base rather than plastic.  I think that the seat is somewhat wider (about 20" across) than it appears in the picture.  I ordered both the Mongolian and the Sherpa to see which one I liked better.  I chose to keep the Sherpa which was much whiter and very soft.  Assembly was fairly simple.  It only took me about 20 minutes.  You have to switch the order and do step 3 before step 2 because the seat adjustment mechanism (E) will block two of the screw holes on the back of the seat (B).  Then you have to push seat back (A) and seat (B) together very firmly to get the screws holes to line up.  I did this myself but it would have been easier with someone helping.  Once put together, the seat can easily be moved up and down although the seat back is very straight and does not adjust.  My only big complaint with the chair is that the stitching on the seat back is very poorly done and looks sloppy.

Cute Sturdy Chair

My 13 yr old daughter loves the chair-white sherpa. Goes well in her bedroom with a small corner desk.  It's a strain to get the holes to line up (the back piece to the seat) with assembly- I had to turn it upside down and have my daughter sit on it (as was braced against a wall) to get enough pressure to align the screws to get in. And could only get 2 of the 4 seat screws in to the bottom of the seat as there is a metal piece blocking the ability to get the other 2 screws in when aligned. However, the back piece seat is very stable with just the 2 screws. 
The hydraulic seat height works well. There is no other adjustment for this chair.
For the price (as the chair she initially found on another site was triple the price)-all good and looks just like the picture online.

Pleased with purchase

Need to redesign the back of the chair. Its not ergonomic.  The back is a straight 90 degrees and is super stiff.  It does not give.  Besides this, my 9 year old daughter loved the chair.  She ended up putting a baby pillow for lumbar support.

Cute chair, overall ok

Very nice to look at, and the sherpa is soft to touch.  I wanted it because I'm always cold, and it fits that need as well. Had a couple issues:  1.  The box was crushed on one side, and had Walmart's tape sealed over the crushed part, leading me to believe they were aware of the damage before it was shipped.  The back of the chair had a small indent from the crushed part of the box, but it wasn't very noticeable, so I kept it.  2.  The directions are wrong.  You must put the back and seat of the chair together BEFORE you add the part to raise/lower the seat, since the screws for the back are under the seat adjustment plate.  As for putting it together, it was easy, although it took some maneuvering to get the back and seat together, because the sherpa is pretty thick.  Took 15 minutes tops.  3.  The seat is pretty firm, and angles forward and down, and the tilt cannot be adjusted, so I feel like I'm sliding off the chair when sitting normally.  For this reason I'm returning the chair.

Super cute chair!

I bought this chair in Sherpa as a sewing/desk chair for myself because the one we got our daughter at Christmas was made so well. Hers was the white Mongolian. Her chair was solid and made with good quality foam. I was shocked at how nice it was for the money. However, the Sherpa one I received is made with extremely cheap foam (it feels terrible) and it is poorly constructed. On the plus side, the fabric is really soft, it's easy to assemble, it has a wide seat width and the base is all metal. However, where the Mongolian one sits flat and is quite comfortable, the Sherpa one sits at a weird angle. I kept it purely because it was inexpensive and matched my room, but I am sure I will be replacing it within the year.

All color choices not made the same

I bought this item for my teenage daughter for e-learning. I loved the Sherpa fabric and thought it would be soft and comfortable. Unfortunately the Sherpa shreds and I keep finding pieces of it on her carpet. After only 4 months of use it shred so badly you can see the foam padding underneath.

Doesn't hold up

If you are looking for a disposable chair, look no further!  The back of the chair is a piece of particle board covered with the cheapest thinnest fabric known to man.  The fabric is glued/stapled on to the back so poorly that there are gaping holes you can put your hands in!  Its like a chair wirh pockets, bonus!  The back is also so stoff and upright, its nor comfortable for sitting in for any period of time.  I am giving it one star because it was actually easy to put togethee and will be very easy to wheel to the dumpster next week when it falls apart.  Save yourself the disappointment and dont buy this chair, unless you are buying for your enemy.
