Look

I got the lava lamp to switch things up from the bunny night light for the kids. It's just the right size for the hallway or bathroom, and I love that it didn't require any assembly! The kids promised to use it every night—if I can avoid saying words like "groovy" and "far out" again!

Childhood Dreams meet Modern Retro Decor

I got 2 of these. One for my husband and one for our adult granddaughter. From 2 different generations they both loved them. Definitely recommend as an unexpected gift!

Loved as gifts!

It's just like the ad says except they don't tell you that you shouldn't leave it on for more than 10 hours a day. Had I known that in advance I wouldn't have purchased it.

Very excited to find such a nice lava lamp at this very reasonable price. Did have to install a dimmer switch as it tends to heat up rather quickly and affect the lava flow but still very pleased

Super

It took about 3 days of constantly being on to work properly but after that it works wonderfully and even when I turn it off at the beginning of the day and back on at the end of the day it work within 30 minutes now. Colors are amazing and great for my nightlight for its not to bright but just enough and it's good to watch for my wondering mind at night.

Give it some time!!

not as fluid as the original Lava lamp is, lava breaks into lots of bubbles instead of a long fluid lava flow. water is already cloudy and hasnt been that long since purchase. its all right for a cheap version of the real thing. can see the lines of the glass globe where it was molded together .

first one ive ever owned after years of wanting

I love the colors of this lamp! However, why does the lava settle at the top of the lamp after three hours? Also, the lamp is burning hot at that point too. Why is this happening? I'm afraid it might cause a fire.

Lava Settles At Top Of Lamp

If you happen to be one of the lucky few that actually gets a light that works. You are lucky. This has been plugged in for hours and the wax will not move off the wire. This is nothing more than a an expensive night light. Save your money. This photo is after the lamp was plugged in for over 5 hours. Nothing!!!.

A piece of junk

Not suitable for kids. Item was fine at first- but then the second I started enjoying it I seen a small liquid ring under the base. I turned it off and when it was cool enough to touch, I picked it up and it started rapidly leaking into the base. It had leaked all over bedroom desk and created a huge mess. The smell was awful for about 4 days. I had to replace my desk unfortunately.

I've purchased one, which had the light break very easily in transport. Bought a replacement lamp, does not turn on after only a few days after receiving.

Breaks Too Easily
