I was nervous but I took the chance and this thing is like brand new. What little wear and tear that's on it appears to have been buffed a bit to make it better. Don't listen to the guy who complained about the lack of MicroSD card. Dude, they're cheap and you're not buying the 3DS from Nintendo - it's Walmart.

No where did it say that the New 3DSXL did not come with a microSD card which is standard with Nintendo New 3DSXL.

The screen was yellow, a few screws were missing, i  recommend not buying from this person

They sent a 2011 regular 3ds LL (the Japanese region model of the previous generation of hardware) and had installed custom firmware on it. Incredibly upset, returned and will not be buying from retrovgaming again. Their own barcoding had labelled this as the new 3ds model released 2015; carefully look at all trademarks and serial codes if buying from them. It was also quite badly scratched.

Sent me a completely wrong product

It is listed as "used" and "fully functional" so my expectations were already low. When the product arrived, it was wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap with a terribly printed "manual" on a piece of printer paper and an unofficial USB to 3DS charger. I opened the device and immediately saw the damage all over the device. The inner housing looked like it was kicked across concrete and scraped all over. There is a huge scratch on the top screen as well. The device booted and I immediately checked for 3rd party software and found Luma3DS already installed. This is terrible for collectors and technically illegal. The parts are also salvaged and not original, these devices are "repaired" with scrap parts. After seeing this, I looked up Retro vGames and saw all the terrible reviews they receive on their own website. I will be returning this. AVOID RETRO VGAMES AT ALL COSTS
