The spiral tip of the tap helps guide it into the hole, reducing the torque required to turn it, and the flutes easily remove chips and debris from the hole and machine.</li><li>Spiral flute thread taps are suitable for machining blind or deep holes and sticky materials, and can be used for tapping stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, alloy steel, ordinary steel, non-ferrous metals, hard plastics, etc. Suitable for drilling machines, tapping machines, CNC machine tools and milling machines. Used with tapping oil, you can get more precise threads and more durable taps.</li><li>The taps are made of M2 high-speed steel (HSS6542) and run at high speeds to quickly and efficiently process threads. It has high hardness, toughness and good wear resistance, good cutting performance, and can produce clean and precise holes. Nitrided surface can improve corrosion resistance and hardness, reduce friction, and extend service life, making it very suitable for a wide range of applications.</li><li>It is recommended to use machine taps with tap chucks with overload protection.
