So far we love this water/ice machine!! We have had no troubles with it!! It was easy to set up, it looks great, and functions great! I am curious to see how the long term is... my sister also purchased this which is why I selected this particular one. Our family loves ice and the ice maker in our fridge isn't hooked up. So this was a great solution!! Again, so far it has worked perfectly! Makes ice and chills the water!! My whole family enjoys it!! I'll be sure to update if anything changes!

Works great for my apartment. One down side is that the drip tray sometimes doesn't fully let the tank door stay closed. I just take off the drip tray sometimes when it frustrates me

Anyone who is an  Ice eater will surely enjoy this,I enjoy eating the ice, its the perfect size and shape. Easy to use and no lifting heavy bottles of water ,it loads from the bottom and easy to keep clean .I Truly enjoy this item

Half and half

I was expecting very good  product, for that price.
I tried many  times  to get it an ice and never came out, the water never was cold, 
Is really slow machine.

It will randomly drop ice. i have to keep a towel on the floor. Don't be fooled, not all machines with ice are the same. I thought this was a 4 in one but it only does cold. no hot water on this  machine..

Does not make very much ice only about a half a cup that's the main reason for buying the product the water despencer is great easy to load and maintain thought it had lock button but it don't.

it  is  a  pice   of  junk  it   leaks   all  over  the   floor
