It makes plenty of ice, dispenses water well, and has been a great addition to our home. It's convenient to always have fresh ice available without constantly filling trays, and the machine is easy to use.
The ice quality is excellent, and having both cold water and ice in one unit has been incredibly convenient for our family. Overall, we've been very happy with the product and appreciate that VECYS stood behind it by honoring the warranty when we needed assistance.
Based on our experience, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a water and ice dispenser.

Really nice to have hot and cold water with ice maker all in one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace a countertop unit that died. I much prefer this one. I couldn't lift the 5 gallon bottles onto my old unit but this one is so ready with the bottle being at the bottom. The ice maker gets used most often and it's not let me down at all. My teens like the hot water option to make their cup ramen and hot cocoa now that it's getting colder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is a great purchase for the price. Not only is there a continuous supply of ice, but it recycles the melt. Having the option for hot, room temperature,  and cold water is very nice. I can make hot drinks without waiting! Loading the water is easy as it just slides in the unit. The "downside" primarily centers around the buttons. The ice is slow to release with a few second wait for it to dispense. The sensors for the touch buttons for water require a bit of patience. we had a few overflows with cold water. We mostly have worked out the timing but it is the biggest issue we've had. Despite this, it's a great unit and we will hopefully enjoy it for years to come.

Top of the machine was pushed in when I received it.  Child lock does not work.
