Highly recommend!!!!
Made ice in less than 10mins. It's recommended you dump the first batch and first few cups of water to clean the system. 
And very simple to drain the water from the ice that melts if you turn off the ice setting. 
No complaints!

We were so excited when we saw a 5 gallon water cooler that has hot/cold water with ice maker. problem is that hot water doesn't work. We have ice but it tastes funny. Water not very cold.

The icemaker part of this machine does not keep the ice cold so it melts instead of staying frozen inside the ice machine Additionally it melts and leaves water inside the compartment and there isn't a way a built-in way to remove that water

The plastic jug itself imploded at the rim and unfortunately I will need to replace quite a bit of flooring due to water damage. The operating directions are very vague and does not explain how to use very well.
