[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The worst thing about this icemaker is it's self cleaning and how to turn it on and off. It don't make a lot of sense the way that the book describes it. You kinda just have to figure it out on your own and it should tell you if both hoses detached for cleaning or not because if you have hard water, the self cleaning mode don't work the best but other than that if you like sonic ice, this product is great and when the bucket gets full, you can just put it in the ice bag and throw it in your freezer while it makes you some more. I absolutely 100% would recommend this Product.
