Some of the holes were not predrilled,had to make holes for some of the screws.The hardware for wheels were not included.Had to go to hardware store to buy washers and screws,Over all this wagon is beautiful.Instructions were clear until I got to installing wheels,It is very big and attractive.

Poorlymade, not enough hardware in the box. The wagon wheels wobble, ny husband had to re-fit a thing aroudn the wheels. The paint is poor, it was coming off in our hands, hard otbeleive this is an outdoor piece.
For the money it cost it was a monumental disappointment
