The instructions for use are very basic. The seal of the transparent and damaged cover and turned, so do not do its job, it flows! The pump runs from below! I communicate with the company it takes 24 hours between each answer. They ask me to have it repaired and they will pay me 45% of the repairs! It didn't work one night.
