Excellent product ! Use every day since I bought a year ago.  it's easy to use and easy to clean up this is not my first bread maker but will be my last finally one that works great.

This is a wonderful machine. My first loaf was two pounds. I used the recipe "Soft Bread." It turned out so lovely and tasty. It was easy to cut and worked great for sandwiches. The item arrived in excellent condition, and the delivery timing was quick. The machine is heavy enough it doesn't bounce while kneading. Thank you!

The bread maker had high ratings but I had trouble with it mixing. When I called the help line (just answer)  on the instructions, they helped but then I was charged 68.00 and 66.00 for each month for their services. I was shocked. I got a refund for the 66.00 but stillwaiting for the 68.00. I think you should take them off the instructions. What a scam!!!

I did not even try this product.  When I opened it and looked at the instruction manual, which didn't make sense in many areas, I just returned it knowing it wasn't going to work for me as I hoped.
