This is an awesome cooker that in my case will be used for seafood boil ups, and to help expedite my bottling of beets, The kit came exactly as advertised with no defects.

Easy assembly

Purchased to use as a chicken scalder. For that purpose it is perfect. Easy to maintain temperature and fast heating.
I can not say how it is for deep-frying a turkey but it works well also for steaming lobsters.

Cheap quality;  unsure of safety using this product.  Price is excellent but materials seem to be very cheaply made.  Would definitely not leave unit unattended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the material is thin. The cheap metal want last. i wonder if it can withstands the weight of the turkey and the oil.  If it buckle, this will destroy my whole Thanksgiving. Hope to cook 4 deep fried turkeys.
