It was a very good shopping experience. The outlet was good, the price was ideal, and the time was much faster than the promised date. THE SERVICE STAFF PRABHJOT WAS ALSO VERY NICE. Five-star reviews are a must

very good

This outlet box is very well made. It is made with thick steel that is powdered coated with commercial grade enamel paint. I've had my EV charger pulled into this box for a year and it has worked perfectly in all weather conditions including: Being buried in 4 feet of snow, hammered by 100km/h winds during extreme weather, exposure to rain, direct sunlight, you name it, it keeps whatever is pulled into it protected. I'd buy this again and recommend it to anyone.

Heavy duty and very weatherproof.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's the right product and seems to exceed my expectations.

Looks very nice! cUL listed receptacle so it's perfect for use in Canada. I'll install it tomorrow. I don't see any potential issues with the installation of this receptacle

Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Being that this has a 50 amp outlet and is designed for outdoors, it would have been nice to have at least one of the conduit holes large enough for 6/3 wire as that is the smallest to be used for 50 amp.

Needed modification

It does the job. Be careful making the electrical connections ensure that they are tight. I had to slightly enlarge one of the included connector adapters, it did not fit the standard size connector. The cover does not have any of the typical ways for holding itself shut except for gravity or a padlock which is inconvenient to access. Have used it carrying 32 amps for many hours and it does not get warm. So from the electrical perspective I guess it's good. Overall, I am okay with it.

Ok for the price

Vevor 50A RV Power outlet NEMA 14-50R. Good unit and covers the 90 degree plug well. Mine came with the square block off plates AND 3 different plates with "knockouts" - so everything included. The wire lug holes at the back of the receptacle face down, so I decided to come in from the bottom with EMT for ease of installation. Even then, with 6AWG RW90 (THHN in the USA) there wasn't much room get wires tucked in to get the receptacle installed, but the box and cover plate are pretty solid, so they can handle some force, unlike some thinner metal gauge boxes I've dealt with. All in all, a good item and well worth the cost.
