Delivery was excellent. Tub is made very well. Instructions were great. All the parts were well packaged and fasteners were well labelled. The only reason I gave this a four star was the scratches on the surface where the plastic protective covering had been removed from the stainless steel using a knife.

Well constructed.

Nice tub, seems well made, however the shower attachment is not and leaks everywhere.  The hose leaks at both ends and the shower head itself has issues with the water coming out of it.  Like I said, nice tub, pretty easy to assemble, shower attachment not so much...
