Cargo Carrier was as described on the site - easy to assemble, BUT would recommend additional photos / instructions for the 'anti-rattle' clamp - had to do some digging on line to find fully instructions.
Very happy overall though, and the vinyl box was AWESOME - drove through some pretty bad rain, and EVERYTHING was completely dry when we arrived!
