I made 923 buttons for an event. Solid machine - no issues. A little weak on the English translations in hte instructions, but if you read the reviews, use the gasket for the metal backs and move slowly enough and solidly enough, you will save yourself $1000's of dollars from ordering from a print company. I did buy an circle cutter from another company though, and never opened the one in the box, as I heeded the reviews before me. Based on what I see, I think that was a good choice. All in all - fantastic machine for what I paid.

I'm a little bit obsessed.  This is my Roman Empire.  It was super easy to put together, works very well as long as you follow instructions.  There are a couple button pieces that are defective and you can't make buttons with them, but it's not like a massive amount.  Out of 500 buttons, maybe 10-20 defective pieces, and mostly in the plastic backing ones.  It's changed the way I think.  Instead of getting magazines for the articles, I'm getting magazines to make buttons out of the pictures.  Every logo, every design, every cute little image that's been printed, all I can think is how I can make buttons out of it.  I hoard old paperwork for the button potential.  I've been wanting one for years, but finally pulled the trigger after an unsuspecting edible got the better of me.  And I don't regret it one bit.  I think about making buttons all the time.  I'm on a work trip and I almost brought it with me so I can make buttons in the hotel rooms.  I didn't, but I kind of wished I did.  I love making lots at a time and then spending a good chunk of time just picking up handfuls of buttons and looking at each and every one, even though I inspected each one as soon as it was created as well.  My partner is concerned.  All I'm concerned with is making more buttons.

This little button maker was so easy to use I purchased another for my Granddaughter to use. It keeps her busy and gets her imagination and creativity going. Easy to use and functional. Very pleased.
