Parents got this for my kids for Christmas. It's easy to use but takes a few times to get it right. The paper that comes with it works best with sharpies as the surface is kind of shiny so pencils crayons and some markers don't work well.  You really have to hold the base down when pulling the lever so the doesn't move around.

Over all a great purchase.
