Handle attachment could be more secure to prevent excessive swiveling.

Effective on carpet, but struggles on hard surfaces.

I got two, one for upstairs and downstairs. I got them to run over the carpet daily, instead of dragging out the vacuum everyday.  I was surprised it picked up dirt and everything (mainly wanted to get the cat hair up lol)

works like a champ! quick way to clean up surface bits and dirt. very useful for rugs and a quick carpet tidy. i can use it on my tile but its requires a few more passes. but it prevents me from having to shake out my rugs so much.

I live the convience of this floor cleaner and how well it works on carpet or the floor

We like it's a great product but the only thing is the handle it moves around a lot

it's so small it looks like a toy. I  thought I was getting a full sized sweeper.

Poorly Made Handle Keeps Coming Off And It Rolls Roughly

My niece's cat really enjoyed it. It really interacted with his ability he is very playful.

The vacuum itself works really well, unfortunately, the piece that connects the handle to the base is made of plastic and I've had it for less than a month and it  broke. 
Why would you use cheap plastic on a part of a vacuum the bears most of the  use? 

Unfortunately, I have no option for a refund
