The cat tree was easy to assemble, the quality is decent. The cat loved it and was involved with the assembly!

The carpet on it is quite soft and plush, and I like how many levels and different types of perches there are. My only issue is that in making the tower so narrow, I observe my cats hardly ever climb to the top. I think it might be difficult for them to find a route. But they still love sitting closer to the bottom to look out the window.

Fun for cats

The tower was very different than the photo on your website.  The support pole were 2 different diameters. They should have all been exactly the same.  I returned the tower for a full refund.

Bad design, need to design more accessible so cat can climb, no room for climbing, waste of money, won't recommend you any one.
