To rate a car cover, it depends on exactly why / what purpose you are buying it.  I waned something very lightweight for tree sap and bird poop. This was a very nice car cover.  Lightweight, clear plastic, with elastic around the edges - like a "shower cap" for a car :)  which is exactly what I wanted.     However, after buying it and opening it, I realized that lightweight plastic easily blows in the wind, and it was difficult for me to cover my car with the wind blowing the plastic.  Since I am petite, I need two people to attach the lightweight cover to the car when it is windy.   Like I said, I got exactly what I wanted to purchase, but for my purposes, it just wasn't for me.    The product is perfect, I really like it, and I give it 5 stars, but it is not for my purposes.
