It is a good quality rack, easy to assemble and a very good price. Unfortunately my jackets are heavier than I expected and it is a bit wobbly. I am afraid it will topple over. I currently have a heavy box on the bottom to stabilize it until I can figure out a permanent solution. 
I don't own a scale so I could not weigh my jackets beforehand, so I cannot speak to the weight rating of the rack.
I would still recommend this rack for its value.

I was able to piece everything together pretty quickly but when it came time to screw in the tiny screws they wouldn't go in then I looked inside the poles and there's no room for them to be screwed in. I lasted for a couple of days without the screws but I figured it was still unstable without them. It got returned for me but if you have tools and know how to fix it then you should be fine. It did hold a lot of jackets which are heavy and the space at the bottom did fit boxes. I liked it for its ability to extend for my bags. Okay product but the screws just need to fit.

the screw holes were too small for the screws in the vertical bars, had to drill them out a little to get the screws into the holes.

Would give it no stars if I could. Flimsy rack %26 not in any way a “heavy duty” clothing rack. It's not solid enough construction for more than hanging a few items. The bar is swaying back and forth with a few items on it. Ridiculously priced for the quality. Also, not a fun assembly. Purchase at your own risk.
