I suppose I was not too surprised because of the previous reviews, but I just finished my 4th single batch and 1st double batch and it is amazing. Following the directions to the tee is smart on your first few runs. 

I like semolina pasta, so I used half semolina and half double ought flour and it turned out way better than I could have expected. Great product, although a little short on support resources for use (a YouTube video would be great), but I figured it out.
