From the weight of the rubber seal you know this is a quality product.  It lays nicely and the silicone glue is second to none in terms of adhesion and waterproofing.  Just make sure your substrate is clean, apply the caulk, and lay the rubber seal. Easy installation and quality product. Highly recommend!

Did the job perfectly at a much better price than anything else I could find. I would purchase again.

Threshold strip

Installed Jan 2025. While it has lifted / come off in a few spots, it's taken a beating. I believe it lifted in those few spots because I didn't prep the concrete properly.  For best adhesion I should have ground / cleaned the floor with a wire wheel. Also, I should've used a proper adhesive instead of the supplied silicone.  I re-glued down the few spots with tub surround adhesive.  Overall I'm ok with this product.
