Works very well, have to apply some pressure for a good transfer but otherwise easy to use and creates a good consistent heat.

No real instructions concerning temperature guide came with this. It was trial and error to figure out correct  temperature to use.  Googled instructions for applying heat transfers and no two were the same. Once the adjustment dials are figured out with correct temperature, it did a great job applying transfers to tshirts.
